EPDM

Is a durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer), it is
available in both black and white and can be installed either fully adhered, mechanically
attached, or ballasted, with the seams of the roofing system sealed with liquid adhesives or
specially formulated tape.

HYDROTECH

Is a monolithic membrane, a hot applied rubberized asphalt for use in waterproofing, it is a thick,
tough, flexible, and self-healing membrane. Hygrotech PMR assemblies employ the right
materials, in the right order, to produce a highly energy-efficient roof that lasts more than three
times the lifespan of an average unprotected membrane roof. It could be used in plazas, parking
decks, roofs, planters et

LIQUID FLASHING

Is a multi-purpose asphaltic polyurethane based liquid water proofing membrane, designed to
create a watertight flashing on all those tough roofing details that a typical modified membrane
has trouble sealing tough flesh combined with grip polyester, creates a watertight liquid flashing
system that adheres to asphaltic membranes as well a variety of metal surfaces.

PAVERS

Tile Tech Pavers provide a durability, protection, and performance for the roof system from
harsh weather conditions while providing drainage as a level walking surface.

TORCH DOWN

Torch down roofing requires an open-flame propane torch, in this installation method, sheet of
modified bitumen are rolled out onto the roof, we use hand-held propane torch to heat the
material and adhere it to the surface.

PVC

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a single-ply white membrane used in both commercial and
residential roofing. Due to the membrane being white, it reflects heat instead of absorbing it, it is
a great option if you have a flat roof over a living space because it keeps the room below cooler.

TPO

TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing is a rubber roofing material, most often used in
commercial buildings, it is made primarily from recycled rubber, they are rolls that are held
together by seams and are “glued” together using heat. They hold up well to long-term exposure
to the sun's ultraviolet light, and they are highly resistant to puncturing, tearing, or water damage.
